OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED

Terms of Service — review draft.

Proposed product and website terms for review. Commercial, operational and legal details must be approved before release.

Draft status and the parties.

These are product-specific working terms for IPDI and its marketing website, identified with Natural Vision Global Private Limited. They are not legal advice or a final agreement ready for acceptance.

The registered company address, contracting entity details, applicable markets, effective date and acceptance process require owner and legal approval. Contact hello@ipdi.in for questions.

Product scope and availability.

IPDI is presented as an optical retail customer management and operations application. Public screens illustrate customer, optical, order, billing and reporting workflows; they do not establish that every feature is released on every device.

IPDI is under development for iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows. Public downloads are not yet available. A 7-day free trial and ₹2,999 yearly subscription are announced. The website does not itself activate a trial or subscription.

Professional responsibility.

IPDI’s optical records, calculators and measurement interfaces support a workflow. A qualified practitioner remains responsible for prescriptions, clinical interpretation, fitting decisions and checking the values used in practice.

No diagnostic status, accuracy validation, medical certification or fitness for a particular clinical purpose has been verified for these website terms. The final agreement must state the intended use and any regulatory position approved for the product.

Accounts and permitted use.

Proposed user responsibilities include supplying accurate account information, using the product only with appropriate authority and protecting access credentials. Users should not share passwords or App PINs through general support channels.

The final agreement must establish account eligibility, shop ownership, staff access, permitted devices, suspension procedures, recovery and termination. Do not infer these rules from a screenshot of the access interface.

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or records.
  • Do not upload malicious code or deliberately disrupt the service.
  • Do not enter or share customer information without appropriate authority.
  • Do not treat fictional website examples as live operational or clinical records.

Retailer records and customer information.

A retailer should check the accuracy of customer details, prescriptions, order information, prices and payments before relying on or sharing a record. Documents should be reviewed before printing or sending them.

The final agreement must define data ownership, licensing needed to provide the service, privacy responsibilities, permitted processing, export access and handling after account closure. The related Privacy Policy remains a review draft.

Billing, tax and external services.

A GST-number field or invoice action does not establish statutory compliance for a shop. Retailers must confirm the available tax fields, document requirements and applicable obligations before adopting a billing workflow.

Email, printing, PDF sharing, WhatsApp and app stores may be supplied by third parties under their own terms. Actual integrations, responsibilities and limitations require confirmation in the final agreement.

Fees, plans and cancellation.

The announced plan is ₹2,999 per year with a 7-day free trial. The approximate daily equivalent is ₹8.22, not a daily billing option. Tax inclusion, payment requirements, renewal, cancellation and refunds must be confirmed before purchase. No subscription payment is collected on this website.

Commercial terms must be provided and accepted through the approved purchase process before any paid service begins. An enquiry form does not create a purchase or subscription.

Product identity and website material.

The IPDI name, supplied cat artwork and custom lettering are used for the product presentation. Rights in the product, website, third-party components and user-supplied material must be identified in the final agreement.

Public previews contain fictional data and adapted imagery. They should not be represented as customer testimonials, verified financial achievements or clinical evidence.

Service limits, disputes and required approvals.

The final agreement must address support arrangements, maintenance, changes, warranties, liability, termination, governing law and dispute resolution in a manner suitable for the business and its users. None of those provisions is invented in this draft.

Before publication, obtain owner and legal approval for the full agreement and make sure any app acceptance flow, store listing and commercial offer uses the same terms.

  • Confirm the contracting party, address, markets and effective date.
  • Confirm actual feature scope, intended use and device limits.
  • Approve account, staff-access, data and termination arrangements.
  • Supply prices, renewal, cancellation and any refund provisions.
  • Approve service commitments, liability and dispute provisions.
